A group of experienced IT professionals came forward to create a community of software professionals and created a non-profit organization - Yugandhar. Yugandhar is an initiative by IT professionals, for IT professionals to provide opportunities to learn, experiment and build software as a community.

This especially a great opporunity for experienced professionals looking to upskill themselves and freshers who are looking for hands on experience under experienced guidance. We will work together for group based learning, mentorship programs, open source software development and startup incubation. Above all, we will build a community to bring out our inner creativity and encourage stress free life.

Shantanu Mishra is a veteran software professional with over two decades of experience in building enterprise software solutions. Shantanu has worked equally with large corporations and startups. He has been a hiring manager and an interviewer for system design rounds for a long period of time.

Shantanu is a people-first leader. He was driven by the idea to build a strong community of software professionals and provide them the right guidance. He is equally interested to then channelize these professionals exciting job as well as startup opportunities
